DwumaHub is a business management platform built for small businesses in Ghana. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also collect order, customer, inventory, and financial records you enter into the app. We collect device push tokens for notifications, and usage data to improve the service.
We use your data to provide and improve the DwumaHub service, process payments via Paystack, send transactional emails and push notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU (London region). We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Business data is isolated per-business and accessible only to authorised team members.
